  • Choose a character that want to change name
  • Name must consist of 4-10 letters, only English, Thai, Numeric is allowed , make sure there are no forbidden word or name is duplicated with existed character and character must leave guild and gens before using service
  • When transaction and payment finished, character name will be reset
  • We reserved the right to change character name if there is report about inappropriate name

Premium Service Terms & Condition

  1. Each ID can use all the service unlimited times except specific otherwise.
  2. In the future, new type of service may introduce and update as see fit.
  3. After make a transaction, there is no going back. So, please check and make sure of all information before proceed further. You can check transaction history by logging in any of premium service.
  4. Premium service fee will be deducted directly from Playmall wallet (not in-game cash) depend on current playmall wallet currency. If playmall wallet isn't in THB currency, we will use exchange rate to convert currency base on current Playmall wallet exchange rate in service payment windows.
  5. Premium service fee will not be eligible to any event and promotion if any
  6. Please logout from the game completely (close the game client) and wait 15 minutes before using the service and do not attempt try to access game ID until all transaction are completed which service fee are already been paid to prevent potentially problem that can cause with ID and Playmall wallet money.
  7. Do not attempt using multiple and/or single in multiple session and/or single game ID and/or multiple game ID in the same time because it can cause problem with game ID and payment process. It is advise that user should make a transaction one by one and go through each one until transaction is finished before proceeding to next transaction.
  8. If there is problem with game ID and after checking and found out that user didn't follow service terms & condition and/or guideline provided. we reserved the right to not fixing any issue that cause from user unable to coorperate with guideline provided.
  9. We reserve the rights to punished by game policy if there is intention to use these service in harmful way/harassment and cause major disruption to game service, fraud to other user and/or PlayPark. and we reserved the rights to cancel , adjusted service condition as see fit.
